RECENT PAST ACTIVITIES
The first Geneva Global Health Issues Roundtable was held November
1st. It focused on the soft dimensions of Global Partnership. A
short report is in preparation.
The first Dialogue in the Field and Grassroots Dialogue Series took
place November 13th, around Marguerite Barankitse, founder and coordinator
of Shalom House (www.maisonshalom.net) in Burundi. It illustrated
the challenges faced when constructing peace bottom up and possible
creative options.

FORTHCOMING ACTIVITIES
Early December, the first Dialogue in the Problématique and
Conflict Transformation Dialogue Series - with the participation
of Paulo Pinheiro, Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human
Rights in Myanmar, will allow reviewing the situation in Myanmar.
Participation is by invitation only.
The second Geneva Global Health Issues Roundtable will take place
in January 2008. It will address the issue of Capacity Development
in Health. Participation is by invitation only.
In the Problématique and Conflict Transformation Dialogue
Series, a Dialogue based on the scenario construction methodology
is in preparation aiming at facilitating a process of conflict transformation
in a sub Saharan African country.
